Background
Former Lawman on a far flung outer rim planet. He was betrayed, setup by his partner and framed for a cover up. Now he's a down and out loser, bent on revenge or drowning himself in the bottle. Lost his career, his wife Gayle left him for his boss... along with his house and his dog.
Vic's childhood was short and deformative . He was caught by an imperial scout trooper who was scouting the planet for development. He given to his bosses daughter as a pet - He was a baby. When he was 12 he was transferred to an outer rim planet. They took a personal shuttle, Vic killed the family, and managed to crash the shuttle on one of the planet's nearby. He found a small settlement and made his way helping make cargo runs and supply exchanges with neighbouring traders and other settlements in the system. He quickly got a reputation as a hard nosed no nonsense kinda guy. He faked his age as no one including himself knew what he was... He got a his original job because someone thought he was a Wookie kid and would grow up to be a big bruiser and owe him a life debt.
He moved into security, which was more keeping people in line then fire fights. Eventually he applied to be a deputy and was accepted. Big bucks for colony life. Soon he had the life.
Married a young Twi'lek Actress with aspirations for holo-fame.
He lost everything when a spice run gone bad was pinned on him by his dirty rat partner.

Bad Reputation-15 between rumours of the crime he was accused of and now that he's fallen on hard times his bad behavior, lots of rumors have started around his system. The carousing, boozing and all the bartenders he's stiffed, places he's been thrown out of and people he's picked fights with.
