Smooth Talker (Charm) 1 When a character first acquires this talent, choose one skill: Charm, Coercion, Negotiation, or Deception. When making checks with that skill, may spend a triumph result to gain additional successes equal to their ranks in Smooth Talker.
Kill With Kindness 1 The character removes a setback dice per rank of Kill with Kindness from [their] Charm and Leadership checks.
Distracting Behavior 3 The character may make a Distraction Behavior maneuver and suffer a number of strain no greater than [their] ranks in Cunning. If [they] do so, an equal number of adversaries or NPCs [they] are engaged with suffer a threat result on checks they make until the beginning of the character's next turn. The range of this maneuver increases by one band per rank of Distracting behavior. The character selects who is affected by Distracting Behavior and can choose to have this talent not affect NPC allies. It may be that [they] explain [their] tactics to the NPCs beforehand, or that they know [them] well enough to be used to [their] antics.
Congenial 1 When attempting a Charm or Negotiation check, the character may suffer a number of strain to downgrade the difficulty of the check a number of times equal to the strain suffered. This number cannot exceed their ranks in Congenial. When the character is the target of a Charm or Negotiation check, they may suffer a number of strain to upgrade the difficulty of the check a number of times equal to the strain suffered. This number cannot exceed their ranks in Congenial.
Dodge 1 When targeted by a combat check (ranged or melee) the character may choose to immediately perform a Dodge incidental to suffer a number of strain, then upgrade the difficulty of the combat check by that number. The number of strain suffered cannot exceed [their] ranks in Dodge.
Intense Presence 1 The character may spend one Destiny Point to recover strain equal to their Presence rating.
Natural Athlete 1 Once per game session, the character may reroll any one Athletics or Coordination check.

Improved Distracting Behavior 1 When affected by Distracting Behavior, NPCs suffer two threat results when making checks targeting the character's allies, instead of one threat result.

Toughened 5 The character increases [their] wound threshold by two per rank of Toughened.
Dedication (Presence) 1 Each rank permanently increases a single characteristic of the player's choice by one point. This cannot bring a characteristic above six.
Feral Strength 3 The character adds 1 damage per rank of Feral Strength to one hit of [their] successful Brawl and Melee attacks.
Lethal Blows 1 The character adds +10 per rank of Lethal Blows to any Critical Injury rolls inflicted on opponents.
Enduring 2 The character gains +1 soak value per rank of Enduring.
Defensive Stance 1 Once per round on the character's turn, the character may perform a Defensive Stance maneuver to defend against incoming melee attacks. [They] then suffer a number of strain no greater than [their] ranks in Defensive Stance. Never Love a Noble (Bounty) (10)

Kanter Rallix is on the run from a vengeful noble family after a misunderstanding regarding a romantic relationship. Once, Kanter, an entertainer and artist, formed a deep bond with a nobleman from a wealthy family: Arion Cassalis. Despite the societal restrictions and expectations, they fell deeply in love.

They planned to elope and be together against the wishes of the Cassalis family. However, before they could execute their plan, the noble family found out about their intentions and spun a false narrative, declaring Kanter a kidnapper and manipulator.

Outraged and afraid of scandal, the noble family put a substantial bounty on Kanter's head, labeling him a criminal and vowing to bring him to justice. Now, Kanter is constantly on the move, evading bounty hunters and navigating the dangerous underworld of the galaxy, all while longing for a chance to clear his name and reveal the truth.

Arion Cassalis has since been captured and returned to his family to be sent away for "rehabilitation" to clear him of his feelings. Arion is in a secluded facility, being brainwashed and conditioned to reject his feelings for Kanter. Arion was manipulated by his family into believing Kanter was a criminal who had deceived him and that the reason that Kanter hadn’t returned for him was because they were never truly in love.
