The Down and Out

Charli's mother was a slave taken from Ryloth in her youth, and grew up on Couscant. Charli's mom bought her freedom and opened a shop with her recently wed husband in hopes to eventually find out what happened to her siblings and her own mother. She unfortunately never found much wealth, and passed without much to her name. Their father took the last of the merchandise to try and trade it for one lump credit chit, but never returned from the journey. By then, Charli was old enough to start taking on jobs by themselves.

Enemies and Antagonists

Charli made some bad deals, was manipulated by some bad people, and got into some fist fights- as such, they have made enough enemies that its hard to settle down on most strongly populated worlds. They mostly live on the ship these days.

Friendship: The character seeks to be liked by others and goes out of their way to make a good impression. They may or may not be gregarious, relying on their actions and deeds to foster friendship.

Charli never really had any friends growing up, and was bullied for having short Lekku

Status: The character wants to elevate their social standing—gaining titles, commendations, and accolades. The character may come from humble beginnings or otherwise strive for a higher position than where they began.

Criminal: The character has a criminal record, or was accused of a crime (perhaps one they didn't even commit), and is somehow embroiled in the legal system. Obligation may be settled by paying ongoing legal costs, making attempts to bury evidence, or efforts to prove their innocence.

Charli was involved with a small time gang what had taken to arm robbery of a few bodegas. They kept pushing their luck, needing more and more money, when they robbed the wrong corner store. A customer who had been checking out at the time of the robbery was a off duty Coruscant police officer. Someone panicked and a stray shot grazed the officer's chest. The rest of the gang ran and left Charli to take the blame. Now Charli has a parole officer and has to do community service, as well as pay off the officer's medical debts, which they swear never seem to get smaller. its always some new complication, and Charli swears that the injury didn't look that bad.

Charli is a pink Twi'lekk with short lekku and dark eyes. They wear cropped shirts and mechanics overalls with the arms tied around the waist. They are muscled in a dancer sort of way, with a slight belly. They frequently have mechanical grease smear across their face.
