Background

Abandoned on the world of Eufornis Major as a child, Zidane Sadow grew up stealing food and then running when he typically seen doing so. As he grew into his early teens, so did his desire to have certain luxuries, evolving his need to steal into more of an addiction to kleptomancy. He began to steal valuables and garnered unwanted attention from those he stole from. Eventually, one hired a bounty hunter to assassinate the thief, though he did not complete the assignment when he realized that Zidane was still an adolescent. Instead, he offered Zidane an apprenticeship. Zidane accepted and began his training as an assassin, learning the basics of stealth and weapons handling by the closest thing he had ever had to a father figure. Shortly after accepting his apprenticeship, his teacher died on a mission, leaving him devoid of family once more. As Zidane reached adulthood, he joined the military in order to have a sense of family once more. Due to his proficiency with long range weapons, he was further trained as a sharpshooter before being dishonorably discharged. Unfortunately, his kleptomancy followed him into the military. Since he's been out, he's been trying to go back and become an assassin, using the skills from the military to help him get there.

Motivation

Wanderlust/Novelty: Throughout his life, nothing has ever been stable for very long, and that's just how Zidane Sadow likes it. Novelty is his goal in life, after all, life is short, and he wants to experience as much as possible while he can. His chosen profession of being an assassin is an extension of this desire, as he hopes it will take him to the far reaches of the galaxy and back again, free to explore all the pleasures the galaxy has to offer along the way, even if he has to steal to get them.

Obligations

Addiction: Zidane Sadow's childhood need to steal eventually turned him into a kleptomaniac. Stealing small things that cause people minor inconvenience is especially satisfying to them, especially if he gets to see their reactions, though occasionally, he cannot help himself from stealing a rather shiny or valuable item.

Description

Zidane Sadow stands at 2.2 meters with fur of dark and light purple stripes. Due to discrimination often associated with some bigoted humans, he wears heavy robes to conceal most of his fur. Unlike many of his kind, he is cognizant of his natural odor and generally covers it with nature scents. When in crowds, he slouches most of the time so that he's not too much larger than most of the crowd, though he's head and shoulders taller than almost any human, being able to stand eye to eye with many wookies.
