Following the recent civil war on his homeworld of Mon Cala, Ri Oojod fled the system and all its memories. Before the war, Ri avoided the conflict at all costs leaving the fighting and politics to those unwise enough to get entangled in it. His loyalty was always to himself and his wife until the day the fighting finally reached his doorstep. Separatist forces seized and decimated his city leaving his wife lost and assumed dead. With nothing to lose, he joined the conflict and proved to be a dangerous foe to his enemies. Ri took on suicide missions and risked his life constantly, rushing into dangerous situations, practically wishing to fail... but never did. His greatest strength in the war had been his strategic recklessness. With the war over, Ri focused all of his attention on finding his wife. But after realizing and fearing she wouldn’t recognize the person he has become if he ever found her, he gave up the search. He fled the system taking jobs as a bodyguard all while trying to find himself again.
