Background
Serro (full name Serro Basadii Kiore) was born well before the start of the Clone Wars, at or around 96 BBY, to the Besadii clan of Hutts. As he grew up, Serro eschewed the conniving ways of his kin, instead choosing to focus his talents into learning, and creating. As a child, he admired the Jedi, as he neared adulthood as the Clone War drew to a close. Through his reading, Serro created for himself his own code of honor, based off of ideals of many cultures across the galaxy. This led him to betray, and abandon, his clan, a capital offense amongst the vain and prideful Hutts.
Serro has been careful not to draw attention to himself, but can’t help but yearn for a life of adventure like the Jedi he once admired. He wishes to change the galaxy through his inventions, he only would need the means to create them.
Motivation
Invention. Serro seeks to create new technology that will change the galaxy on a larger scale. He desires novelty and creativity in everything he does, and is willing to go to great lengths to complete his various projects, droids, and inventions.
Obligations
Obligation: Notoriety (Hutt Space)
Serro’s abandonment of his kajidic is well known throughout Hutt Space, and many Hutts on Nar Shaddaa and Nal Hutta would recognize Serro were he to blatantly show his face in public.
Morality [70]: Honor/Vanity
Serro is an honorable soul, and follows his own strict code when dealing with others than himself. However, he can easily slip into vainglorious shows of honor where the action is worth more to him than the intent.
