Farsight
Description
The Force user expands normal visual senses through the power of the Force. The user may spend one Force pip to ignore the effects of darkness or blindness and see normally up to medium range for the remainder of the round (up to one minute). This allows the Force user to view everything most sentients would normally be able to see on a well-lit day.

Description
The character may attempt to guide, shape, and even twist the thoughts and feelings of others.
Special Rule: When guiding and shaping thoughts, only dark side pips may be used to generate negative emotions such as rage, fear, and hatred. Only light side pips may be used to generate positive emotions such as peace, tranquility, and friendliness. Other emotions such as confusion can be created from dark or light side pips.
The character may spend one pip to stress the mind of one living target he is engaged with, inflicting I strain.

The Force user may make an opposed Discipline vs. Discipline check
combined with an Influence power check. If the user spends one pip and succeeds on the check, he can force the target to adopt an emotional state or believe something untrue, lasting for l round or 5 minutes.
Background
Dar was born on Minban during the Clone Wars. He was born blind, but strongly aligned with the Force; so much so, his ability to sense the world around him flowed from it. Dar was discovered in a ruined village by a Jedi General, Sel Mok. Sensing Dar's connection to the Force, he raised the child as best he could. Fearing Dar would be rejected by the Jedi Council, Sel never reported his existence to the Temple.
This saved both their lives. At the time of Order 66 and the ascension of the Empire, there was no record of Sel's current location and no mention of his ward. Sel had taken Dar to the planet Daalang, and they lived an isolated life in the wilderness where Sel trained him in the ways of the Force.
Eight years ago, Sel disappeared. Dar felt through the Force that a great threat had taken Sel, and Dar needed to relocate and keep moving. For years Dar has either bartered passage or stowed away on ships, moving from place to place, but preferring isolated planets where he can meditate and commune with the Force.
