Ulan is a human entrepreneur who has based his buisiness on knowledge and information trading. He is also the CEO of the RBI (Russ Banking and Investiment). Ulan started his career as an accountant on a minor mining asteroid station in the mid rim. The poor treatment of employees and particularly the minors led to a general strike that could could have easily turned into a riot. Using his natural charisma, Ulan soon became part of the employee representative to sit at the negociation table. He got very close to the other representative and easily make them speak about evrything as well as little details of their life that could be used against them. Ulan decided to sell those information to the direction of the facility which in turn was used to blackmail the other employee representative. Needless to say that the strike took an end and in favor of the direction... Ulan ambitious and eager to make a name of himself (motivation: legacy) decided that the information market was as good as any other to make a fortune. He left his accountant job and start as an independant. His method was always the same, getting to know people having their own business, track compromising informations and blackmail them in order to oblige them share parts of their soceity with RBI. When the business started to floorish, Ulan open the banking branch of RBI financing legal and illegal activities in equal measure. One of his greatest succes was to finance ventures to collect samples from what was Alderaan!! Who doesn't want a piece of Alderaan? You support the Empire, here is a symbol of its power! You support the rebellion, here is something to remember the atrocities that the Empire is able of! Any side was profitable ahahahaha!!!
With the fall of the Empire, the chaos in the galaxy is certainly the best time for someone like Ulan to grow more and more... Information have never been so valuable! AMBITION: LEGACY

Philander: Money and Charisma do not let anybody indifferent. Ulan may have pushing his charm a bit too much a couple of time. Some already forgotten conquest have been promised a wedding... They are still waiting for it and may come for it ready to force Ulan to its obligation! That is espacially the case of Gina the young daughter of Freddo, a ruthless Rodian pirate usually operating in the Ord Mantell Sector.
