Name Rank Book & Page Description
Toughened 2 EotE Pg. 145 The character increases his wound threshold by two per rank of Toughened.
Jury Rigged 1 EotE Pg. 138 The character chooses one personal weapon or piece of armor per rank of Jury Rigged. He may increase the damage of the weapon by one; decrease the advantage cost on its critical, or any single other effect by one to a minimum of one; or increase armor's ranged or melee defense by one. Alternatively, he can decrease the encumbrance of the item by two to a minimum of one. The bonus only applies so long as the character is using the item. If the item is ever lost or destroyed, the character may apply Jury Rigged to a new personal weapon or piece of armor.
Armor master 2 EotE Pg. 132 When wearing armor, the character increases his total soak value by one.
Tinkerer 3 EotE Pg. 145 The character makes one piece of equipment more modifiable. He chooses one piece of equipment and increases its number of Hard Points by one. He can only do this once per piece of equipment, but can modify a number of pieces of equipment equal to his ranks in Tinkerer. If he loses a modified piece of equipment, he may apply Tinkerer to a new one.
Spare Clip 1 EotE Pg. 143 The character does not run out of ammo when rolling a Despair. Items with the Limited Ammo quality run out of ammo as normal.
Quick Draw 1 EotE Pg. 141 Once per round on the character's turn, he may draw or holster an easily accesible weapon as an incidental, not a maneuver. This talent also reduces the amount of time to draw or stow a weapon that usually requires more than one maneuver to properly prepare or stow, by one manuever.
Improved Quick Draw 1 Fly Casual Pg. 33 The character may activate the Quick Draw talent twice per round instead of once.
Quick Strike 1 EotE Pg. 141 When performing a combat check during combat, the character adds one Boost Dice per rank of Quick Strike to combat checks against any target that has not yet acted in the encounter.
Grit 2 EotE Pg. 136 Each rank of Grit increases a character's strain threshold by one.
Call 'Em 1 Fly Casual Pg. 32 This character does not add any Setback dice to his combat checks due to the use of the Aim maneuver (see page 201 of the Edge of the Empire core rulebook).
Rapid Reaction 1 EotE Pg. 141 The character may suffer an amount of strain equal to or less than his ranks in Rapid Reaction to add an equal number of Successes to any Vigilance or Cool check to determine Initiative Order.
Resolve 1 EotE Pg. 142 When the character suffers strain, he suffers one less strain per rank of Resolve, to a minimum of 1. This does not apply to voluntary strain loss.
Gearhead 1 EotE Pg. 136 Remove one Setback Dice per rank of Gearhead from all Mechanics checks. In addition, the credit cost to add mods to attachments decreases by 50%. This second part of the ability does not increase with multiple ranks of Gearhead.
Know Somebody 1 EotE Pg. 138 Once per game session, when attempting to purchase a legally available item, the character may reduce its rarity by one step per rank of Know Somebody.
Signature Vehicle 1 Special Modifications Pg. 35 The character chooses one starship or vehicle with a silhouette of 3 or lower that he owns. This starship or vehicle is the character's "Signature Vehicle." He upgrades the ability of all mechanics checks made to work on the vehicle once. If the starship or vehicle is ever lost or destroyed, the character may apply Signature Vehicle to a new starship or vehicle that meets the requirements. The process of modifying and acclimating to the new vehicle may take some time, at the GM's discretion. No two characters can have the same vehicle as their signature vehicle.
Larger Project 1 Special Modifications Pg. 34 The character can choose a signature Vehicle with a silhouette value 1 higher than normal per rank of Larger Project.
Intimidating 1 EotE Pg. 137 When attempting a coercion check, the character may suffer a number of Strain to downgrade the difficulty of the check a number of times equal to the strain suffered. The amount of Strain suffered cannot exceed the character's ranks in Intimidating. When the character is the target of a Coercion check, the character may suffer a number of strain to upgrade the difficulty of the check a number of times equal to the Strain suffered. This number cannot exceed their ranks in Intimidating.
Conditioned 1 CotR Pg. 38 The character removes on Setback dice per rank of conditioned from their Athletics and Coordination checks. They reduce the damage and strain suffered from falling by 1 per rank of Conditioned.
Side Step 1 EotE Pg. 142 Once per round on the character's turn, they may perform a Side Step maneuver to try to avoid incoming Ranged attacks. They then suffer an amount of Strain no greater than their ranks in Side Step. Until the start of the character's next turn, upgrade the difficulty of all Ranged combat checks targeting the character a number of times equal to the strain suffered by the user.
Point Blank 1 CotR Pg. 42 The character adds 1 damage per rank of Point Blank to one hit of their successful Ranged (Heavy) or Ranged (Light) attacks made while at short range or engaged.
