Born on Trandosha, Tressk became known in his small community for his ability to repair the various broken tools and weapons of the hunters. At first, some hunters chided Tressk, telling him he should focus on the hunt. In response, a young Tressk told them that he was. He was making sure their hunt went well. Throughout the years, Tressk spent most of his time with his family.

Even though he grew up under Rakatan oppression, Tressk focused on improving tools and structures on his homeworld. This changed when Tressk went to visit his brother. Tressk interrupted a meeting his brother had with known resistance members, people who were infamous for bombing different Rakatan installations. Later, when Tressk was picked up by Rakatan authorities, they presented him with a simple choice: Help us catch your brother and his allies or we will enslave your entire family. Tressk gave in to protect his family, but was forced into slavery

Now, Tressk bides his time to strike back.
