Background
Similar to 4-LOM, 3-LOM had a glitch in his programming that allowed him to go rogue. However, unlike 4-LOM, he set off on his own to become the best slicer and thief he could. In an effort to accomplish this, he also became an accomplished technician in order to modify himself for whatever job he was working. He now had worked on several big jobs, and had made connections with a few other significant thieves, such as Bink and Tavia Kitik, Zerba Cher'dak, Han Solo, and Lando Calrissian. He is, while not the most highly desired slicer in the Outer Rim, starting to make a name for himself. This has ticked off his manufacturers, Industrial Automaton, because they are now seen as being horrible programmers. So they are trying to hunt him down and reprogram him to prove that they are not as bad at programming as most people think they are. 3-LOM, on the other hand, is interested in keeping their reputation terrible so that they are bankrupted and cannot send programmers to track him down. And the way he can do that is by achieving the same fame that 4-LOM did. So he works to be the best thief he can.
Motivation
Expertise: Slicing and Thievery, and using Tech to allow for ease of such tasks
Fame: Being so well known that Industrial Automaton has to leave him alone, and might even be bankrupted
Obligations
Obligation: 15
Bounty: Industrial Automaton sees 3-LOM and 4-LOM as failures. But 4-LOM has achieved enough fame they leave him alone. 3-LOM, on the other hand, has a 5,000 credit bounty on his head, but not for his capture or termination, but instead for reprogramming him to just being a normal protocol droid.
