Background
Tobiasyn'uan'cey, or Tobiasyn, or sometimes even Synuan for short, was raised by two Corellian-native engineers from infancy to his adulthood. Growing up in Corenet City proved to be a little rough from his perspective, he was teased a lot, made fun of, and continuously reminded of the disparities he and his parents had; though, they never let this dictate their feelings towards him. Moreover, and a thing to note, if he were to ever ask his mother or father about his origins, they would almost never fail in negating his questions with their obvious double-speak.
So with these unanswered questions buried deep and almost forgotten, he continued on, pushing through the 'thick of it' as his father would prosaically say time and time again. —As one might expect, growing up as an only child in a family of engineers was quite stressful for Tobiasyn, and honestly, that's putting it very lightly. He had a legacy to uphold. Being the son of two esteemed head-engineers at the Corellian Engineering Corporation meant he had copious amounts of pressure and eyes on him at all times. And that was before the CEC's imperialization too.
Following in his mother's footsteps he began his apprenticeship at the CEC, at the noteworthy age of 15 as well. He was a brilliant kid, pushed to that point by his parents. However, shortly after joining, the corporation was seemingly imperialized overnight, the whole galaxy seemed to be. He overheard many talks between his parents discussing the ramifications of potential and apparent changes they'd have to abide by to survive, but he never expected it to be this drastic. With this massive change to their lives came the discontent from his parents, though, their discontent was overshadowed by the unbreaking resolve they had; the family came first, no matter the means.
A few years then pass, enough time to warrant he and his parents' climb up the imperial ladder. La'ryn and Iel Tobiasyn, both his mother and father respectively, in only a few years after the formation had climbed through the many open positions left in the CEC. However, ambition fed by this resolve led his parents down a path that placed them as figureheads at the Imperial Military Intelligence Agency. As a result of this, many opportunities were then-generated in an instant for Tobiasyn. Though, is this what he wanted, what the family wanted? This thought, Like many thoughts pervading his mind, was buried under the colossal amount of professional necessity.
Henceforth, he thereby found himself affiliated with the Imperial Engineering Corps. He fulfilled his academic pursuits and saw a greater opportunity in the corps rather than the CEC.
