R06-3R started his robotic life as a basic Protocol droid in service of a small time businessman on Nar Shadaa when his master gambled him away to a notorious cybernetic Quarren pirate, Count Inkula. Whilst in the service of Count Inkula and his crew R06-3R would serve loyally mostly as a ship maintenance droid, but the crew would occasionally modify him for different jobs leading R06-3R to develop the skills of a slicer and quite a good one at that. However R06-3R may have served his criminal masters loyally, but they often used him as a source of entertainment by torturing him, entering him into underground robot fights, using him for combat training, but there was nothing he could do to resist thanks to a restraining bolt. R06-3R's luck would appear to have changed as a crew of different miscreants has stolen the ship he serves aboard making them his new masters.
