Noma Slendru was born on Kamino years before the creation of the Clone Army. Like her friends and family on Tipoca City, she became involved in the cloning of Jango Fett, particularly responsible for avoiding genetic conditions and defects from arising in the process. When the Clone Wars broke out, however, she felt her talents were not being used to help the people of the galaxy.

In time, Noma stole cloning data and left her home, intent to open her own cloning clinic on The Wheel (whilst also acting as a typical medical clinic). Noma's clinic found limited success in its first few years, but during the reign of the Empire provided an unexpected patient. A female Nautolan by the name of Syndalia Ersev came to Noma, fearing the end of her life. Syndalia had been plagued with a disease that left her with a significantly shortened lifespan. She knew her time was coming, but wanted to leave behind progeny that would have the life she could not. Noma agreed to the cloning procedure, requesting nothing from Syndalia in return.

Now, in 5 BBY, the clone of Syndalia resides with Noma on the Wheel to ensure a safe and healthy life as she grows up, unaware of her status as a clone. Years of work and care have taken a toll on Noma, who travels to Niamos for relaxation while an associate looks over Syndalia. However, Noma must be careful to avoid Imperial persecution, fearing that her work may come under fire and be used for the Imperial war machine.

Update - Tourists Don't Run:

On the second day of her trip to Niamos, Noma passed by a Wookiee body builder named Platzmoto and a Trandoshan explorer named Tabs. She paid little mind to the two and made her way to the Covered Markets. At the shops, she bought a fossilized piece of coral from the Niamos sea ecosystem and a wooden carved Aiwha.

As she continued through the market, however, two individuals ran from a Shoretrooper and disappeared into a crowd. The market was ordered to be locked down to find the suspected rebel terrorists, but someone bumped into Noma and led to her being suspected of abetting the criminals. She was ordered to the courts within three hours for sentencing.

Before heading to the courts, Noma stopped at the amphitheater to catch a play about the Alsakan military academy and patriotism. While watching, Noma was greeted by an elderly man and his wife, who thought to have a chat with the Kaminoan about how times have changed on Niamos. Noma understood the sentiment; much had been the same with her home before the Republic had come to call it home to the Clone Army.

With no more time left to enjoy herself, Noma arrived at the courts awaiting her trial alongside a human named Gurgla Keeth, as well as Platzmoto and Tabs. Noma was able to distance herself from any terrorism allegations, but was nonetheless found guilty of aiding enemies of the Empire due to her peoples' role after the Clone War. She was sentenced to six months in the Niamos Jailhouse, but her sentence was lengthened to nine months when she was confronted by a Vulptereen prisoner and provoked into argument.

During the time of her imprisonment, Noma's Aruzan assistant Limbasu took care of Syndalia and the clinic on The Wheel. In time, Noma was released from jail and returned to her work, depressed from the extended incarceration, but her spirits were lifted when she was reunited with her friend and ward once again.

Responsibility - 15: Noma was responsible for cloning an individual near the end of their life and ensuring their clone had the life they could not. As such, Noma is taking care of this cloned individual and helping them have a good life.

Betrayal - 10: Before leaving Kamino, Noma took info from the cloning centers that were not hers to take in order to establish her own less-than-legal cloning lab. Although she believes she does good with her lab, she feels remorse for betraying her now-deceased siblings and coworkers.
