Background
Masor grew up with nearly nothing. Due to how his homeworld functioned those who were weak died, while only the strong survived. It has left him with a very cynical outlook on life. But despite this outlook he still would try to help those he could. While he was growing up the Hutts decided that they wanted to explore some of the Wild Space territory and stumbled upon Kalee, the Kaleesh homeworld. The Hutts tried to gain a foothold on his planet which led to the death of his mother and father when they tried to resist the Hutts' control. Because of this, Masor seeks justice for everyone, but wants nothing more than to get revenge on the Hutts that took his family away from him.
Motivation
Revenge against the Hutts drives Masor to fight for survival.
Because of all the hardships in Masor's life he believe that the only one you can believe in is yourself.
