Background

growing up on arkania Jarka aspired to follow his peoples tradition and become a scientist/doctor, his natural aptitudes led him to becoming a doctor.

sadly this was during the dark days of the republic where the mega-corporations were showing their power and making the Senate effectively neutered.

in his spare time he felt arrogant enough to experiment using certain materials and resources provided to him from the medical establishment that were earmarked for other use. following on from the history of his people he was doing his best to genetically modify both Arkanians in general and other species in general.

However the manner in which his experiments took place was against the will of the medical establishment, and he was reported to an oversight group. which resulted in him being exiled from Arkania.

He now has offered his services to a small faction within the Republic, which has enabled him to join up as a medic, with the understanding that he can use his limited downtime to conduct some experiments provided that he not be found out by any other oversight group.

Motivation

(AMBITION-DISCOVERY) Jarka's overriding ambition is to learn as much about as many varied species in the galaxy as he can, as he was exiled from his home for experimenting in a manner that was not deemed politic. so he has signed up to the republic military in the hopes of using the war as a means to serve his own ends.

Duties

Loss prevention(5) - while Jarka is an avid experimenter with the corpses of the fallen he has learnt not to be obvious about with the corpses of his comrades, only those of the enemy otherwise bad things tend to happen to him. so as a means of ingratiating himself with the units that he operates in he spent a great deal of time doing what he can to prevent harm coming to those of his comrades that he feels can protect him while he gets to perform his dissections.

Testing(0) - in the vast array of species that are currently engaged in the clone wars, there is always something new for Jarka to learn about. a veritable smorgasbord of species and anatomies to dissect and learn from.
