EnhanceDescription
Basic Power: Enhance allows Force Users to perform athletic feats beyond the original scope of the natural abilities. The power has one way of spending Force points.* When making athletics check the user may roll an enhance power check as part of the pool. The user may spend Force Points to gain successes or advantages (his choice) on the check. (Remember, this counts as a normal Force power check in every way—it is simply combined with the overall skill check.)

| Control: Force Leap (Horizontal) | The user can take a Force Leap action to make an Enhance power check. He may spend Force Points to jump horizontally to any location within short range. He can use this to leap over obstacles or impassable terrain but cannot leap directly vertically. The user may not activate this multiple times. |

Sogan was the member of a noble house in the Outer Rim, well, if traditional education. Sogan developed an interest in the tradition of dueling practiced by the nobility.
One with the Force:
Growing up Sogan was instructed in his swordsmanship by a former Jedi, while his training in the Force was extremely minimal for fear of drawing the Empire to the young man, he was taught for many years to trust in his feelings and his instincts. Later, Sogan's compassion and dedication to helping others would impress his mentor, inspiring her to train him in the ways of the Force, this lasted only a brief time before she was found by the Empire.
With Great Power:
Sogan grew up in a culture that had been built upon noblesse oblige, the nobles of his world were expected to offer certain protections to their people, to see that they had food, shelter and when necessary protection. Yet Sogan took these lessons to heart more than most, he believed it was his responsibility to not only do what society deemed proper, but as much as he could to help those around him.

Description
Tall and long limbed, Sogan is athletically built, slender yet with wiry muscle. He dresses in robes designed to protect from both harsh sun and wind and intense cold, the robes are well made in a dark blue with white trimmings, the hood generally rests around his shoulders, at his side hangs a slender bladed sword.
