Background
Ssora is a Lungless Gand from the world of Gand. He was born into the prestigious Rin family, who were know for having some of the most able and remarkable Findsmen in all of history. Ssora was not an exception in this; at a relatively young age he managed to score one of his first major kills, thus awarding him the use of his family name, an achievement that many Gand earn when they are much older, or not at all. Such feats of hunting prowess earned Ssora a prestigious place in the findsmen community, and within his family
The way in which he differed from his family however, cost him his prestige and status. Gand has a thriving slave trade, all the more so for the reputation of its findsmen to always track down their quarry, in this case, slaves. Ssora, however, had a very strong aversion to this trade. On a particularly stormy night, he managed to set loose around a thousand slaves before being caught by findsmen. As a result of his prestige as a hunter, Ssora was stripped of his ability to use his family name, and was exiled to a lonely planet under the warning that escape from this planet would make him free game for any findsmen
Motivation
Emancipation: Ssora has a very strong aversion to slavery, as he was sent into exile for it. He is a very noble and merciful person, and therefore views slavery as his antithesis.
Obligations
Responsibility: Since the people in his trade have such extraordinary powers, Ssora is obligated to use them for good, in this case, returning freedom to those that have been hunted down by his fellow findsman
