Background

Not much is known about Cal's early years, never staying in one place for too long. It's theorized that his skills with a blaster and in a cockpit aren't so much the natural talent that he makes them out to be, many suspect he either spent time in the imperial military or running interference with for a hutt; Cal however does little to play down the wild rumours instead encouraging them to build on his reputation, one that is starting to proceed him.

Motivation

Cal rarely stays in one place for long, preferring to travel and 'see the galaxy' as he says. While he never actively seeks out a job they tend to find him and once he's taken a contract he will see it through to the bitter end, usually moving on swiftly following it's completion

Obligations

Dutybound: The PC has a deep sense of duty that he feels compelled to fulfill, such as military service, making good on a contract, or following some sort of thieves’ code. Unlike the Oath Obligation (see below), a Dutybound character has some legal or ritualistic bind to an organization or cause making it extremely difficult or detrimental if he fails to live up to that commitment.
