Rhyyyrtashkyrok is young for a Wookiee, around 30 years old, who saw his planet fall and served as a slave for a more than a decade before he was rescued by a Rebel cell. They attacked the labor camp in the colonies where he was detained and freed the slaves. After that he spent years recuperating and helping his rescuers by doing odd jobs then helping out in missions as the Rebellion began to shape up and organize itself. He joined the main Rebel fleet as an mechanic after the events of Yavin to be more proactive in the liberation of the galaxy and his own world.

Rhyyyrtashkyrok wants to free his world and people. He his very attached to the happy memories of his childhood on Kashyyyk and will try to preserve Wookiee culture and give them back their independence.

Since his days in a small rebel cell, Rhyyyrtashkyrok learned that the right explosive or faulty repulsor at the right place or moment can have devastating consequences for the Empire. He will continue that trend and make as much damage as he can.

An explosive expert Wookiee who's a little peeved about what his planet has become under the Empire and who saw the battle of Yavin as sign to rise up and fight back. He might be a little too open to violence but he sees it as a necessity to oppose the Empire and secure a future for his people.
