Born Engineer -

Attempted to build the most powerful repeating blaster the galaxy has ever seen at the age of 12. The blaster was built utilizing a stolen hyper drive. During the first ever test fire of the weapon, it malfunctioned and essentially created a mini black hole at the target area which killed about 7500 citizens of his home world.

His best friend was also a born engineer, and had known about the plans for the blaster. His name was Oroo Markala and he ratted him out to the authorities after the malfunction killed a host of civillians - including his father.

After learning of this betrayal, Drakka knew the authorities would be closing in on him. He was able to steal a ship and escape the planet, but has lived on the fringes of the galaxy avoiding repercussions for his actions for years.

Working as an outlaw tech and fitting criminals with ever more powerful weapons, his notoriety has only grown, allowing the authorities to ever so slowly build a case against him and begin to track him down. Drakka is aware they are getting close and has been working on a new creation to be able to take them on when they eventually close in on him.

Technical Rival: The character cultivates a rivalry with another Technician who works in the same field of technology. The character tries to one-Lip the rival whenever possible, and is driven to get up each morning by a desire to surpass this rival as a creator.
