Background
Created by Ghorzella the Hutt, who was trying pouring her resources to attempt to recreate a separatist droid army with the schematics she found, TI-421 is only one of the latest successes in her experiments under the shelter of her hidden palace on Vjun, the Acid rainy rockscape that has hidden her and her minor criminal activity in the sector. TI-4210 was given many tasks to undertake in his creation, aiding Ghorzella in aquiring various resources through his silver tongue negotiations, unusual as it is for a droid, many underestimating him, thinking that droids can never lie, which only made him more of a valuable resource to Ghorzella, The only reward he ever asks, to never undergo a memory wipe, believing the experiences and knowledge he gains without it can make his processors grow from the stress.
Motivation
Restore the Confederacy of Independent Systems: TI-4210 hoping that he will usurp his creator's position one day, and become the very first Tactical Droid Crime Lord, To use the power and influence from such a position to recreate the Separatist Alliance, and restore them as the true power of the galaxy. Order Must be restored. Even if it has to emerge from the chaos of the Criminal Underworld. The work of the Rebel alliance has been invaluable to the destruction of the Galactic Empire, but the reemergence of the republic will just breed the same inconsistencies as before. TI-4210 will not make this same error.
Obligations
Favor: TI-421 owes a big favor, being created by Ghorzella the Hutt, being set free from her employ as a test run to see if he can rally some of the criminal underworld together, and his programming commands respect for his creator. 8

Ossus: Under imp control since empire take over, one city called Idux city. Imperial colonists, and are the native people Issan. Tribal shamanistic society, Unusual tribal masks. Enslaved people by the imperials. but there are those that live in the wild dwell in the ruins of the planet. A thriving civilisation here. It was once a vibrant jungle world 3000 years ago, littered with ancient metropolis, potentially home to an ancient order of mystics. The Blast from supernova fucked the planet. The surface was uninhabitable. Became an artic wasteland. Issan people were descendants of the ancient order of mystics, never left the planet. Apprised species by imperial slavers. Deeply spiritual based on it's ancient ancestors. Tribes worshipped shamans, Shamans attended spiritual places, fiercely protective of them. Religiously may not remove their mask while on the surface of Ossus. The population has systemically purged and kicked out the population.
The imperials have adopted a campaign of kidnapping the children of Ossus for unknown reasons.
