Background

Comfortable With Tech, Pragmatic Power, Wrong Place Wrong Time

Selrath was an up and coming surgeon before the Trade Federation's blockade of Naboo kicked of the galactic conflict. Not long after, he lost his license to practice in the Core Worlds for allegedly performing unlawful, experimental procedures on patients that couldn't normally afford expert care. So he moved to the Outer Rim and began practicing again, moving from system to system when the rumors began to catch up to him.
After the battle of Geonosis and the first casualties began to overwhelm the Republic Military's medical infrastructure a call was put out for independent medical professionals to fill the gaps and Selrath began working in a Clone Medicenter as a Surgeon until he was caught attempting to transplant a limb from a deceased clone trooper to one that had been maimed to test his theory that since they are genetically identical, there should be no tissue rejection.
Forced out again, Selrath has had to make his living as an independent Medical consultant to any parties willing to pay for it.
