Well Rounded 1 Choose any 2 skills. They permanently become career skills.
Hard Headed 2 When staggered or disoriented, perform the Hard Headed action, make a Daunting Discipline check to remove status. Difficulty reduced per rank of Hard Headed.
Researcher 2 Remove 1 Setback per rank of Researcher from all Knowledge checks. Researching a subject takes half the time.
Grit 4 Gain +1 strain threshold.
Toughened 3 Gain +2 wound threshold.
Resolve 1 When a character involuntarily suffers strain, he suffers 1 less strain per rank of Resolve, to a minimum of 1.
Knowledge Specialization 2 When the character first acquires this talent, he may choose one Knowledge skill. When making checks with that skill, he may spend a Triumph to gain additional successes equal to his ranks in Knowledge Specialization.
Durable 1 may reduce a Critical Injury result suffered by 10 per rank of Durable, to a minimum of one.
Stunning Blow 1 When making Melee checks, the character may choose to deal damage as strain instead of wounds. This does not ignore soak.
Knockdown 1 After hitting with a melee attack, the character may knock the target prone by spending a Triumph. If the target is larger than the acting character, it requires an additional Triumph for each silhouette larger.
Respected Scholar 2 downgrades the difficulty of checks to interact with institutions of learning by one per rank of Respected Scholar.
Enduring 1 Character gains +1 soak value per rank of Enduring.
Pin 1 Take Pin action, make an Opposed Athletics check to immobilize an engaged opponent until the end of the character's next turn. Spend Triumph to extend duration one round.
Dedication 2 Each rank permanently increases a single characteristic of the player’s choice by one point. This cannot bring a characteristic above six.
Quick Strike 2 When performing a combat check during combat, the character adds a Bonus Die (Blue Die) per rank of Quick Strike to combat checks against any target that has not yet acted in the encounter.
Rapid Reaction 2 may suffer a number of strain to add an equal number of Successes to any Vigilance or Cool check to determine initiative order. The number may not exceed his ranks in Rapid Reaction.
Quick Draw (Improved) 1 Once per round on the character’s turn, he may draw or holster an easily accessible weapon as an incidental, not a maneuver. This talent also reduces the amount of time to draw or stow a weapon that usually requires more than one maneuver to properly prepare or stow, by one maneuver. May use Quick Draw twice per round
Lethal Blows 2 adds +10 per rank of Lethal Blows to any Critical Injury rolls inflicted on opponents.
Call 'Em 1 Do not add Disadv to combat checks due to the use of the Aim maneuver.
Dodge 1 When targeted by combat check, may perform a Dodge incidental to suffer a number of strain no greater than ranks of Dodge, then upgrade the difficulty of the check by that number.
Sorry About The Mess 1 Decrease the Critical Rating of a weapon by 1 (to a minimum of 1) against targets that have not yet acted this encounter.
Confidence 1 may decrease the difficulty of any Discipline check to avoid the effects of fear by one level per rank of Confidence. If he decreases the difficulty to zero, he does not have to make a Discipline check.
Guns Blazing 1 As an incidental, suffer 2 strain to avoid increasing the difficulty of a Ranged (Light) check to attack with two weapons.
Spitfire 1 After a successful combined check with two Ranged (Light) weapons, additional hits can be allocated to other targets within range of the weapon.
Second Wind 1 Once per encounter, may use Second Wind incidental to recover strain equal to ranks in Second Wind.
Outdoorsman 1 Remove Disadv per rank of Outdoorsman from checks to move through terrain or manage environmental effects. Decrease overland travel times by half.

Description
Once per game session, the character may spend 2 Destiny Points to make a Hard (3P) Knowledge (Outer Rim) or (Core Worlds) check. If PC succeeds, they can pinpoint their exact location w/o a map or other guide, discover a lost or hidden item or location, or identify a safe & fast path through any terrain. The exact nature of what the character is trying to accomplish, as well as the end results, must be approved by the GM.
