Background

Aril Yeez was born a street urchin on Sullust and joined the SoroSuub security forces to lift himself out of poverty. His relative lack of scruples and talent for hitting targets with big guns landed him in a paramilitary unit tasked with carrying out interstellar black ops against SoroSuub's corporate enemies. SoroSuub's growing entrenchment with the Empire eventually forced Aril to confront the evils in which he was a participant. One fateful morning, on the way to a mission launch, he spotaneously decided to defect and fled Sullust. Armed with only his service gear, a few credits, and a disgust for the Empire, he sought out the Rebellion. There, Aril continues to do what he does best, hopeful that his cannons are now pointed in the right direction.
