Background
Oskara is a bounty hunter. She left home, a family and friends who loved her, to protect them. She saved a neighborhood child from [insert evil being here] and earned the ire of the local [baddie Empire dude in charge]. Her family wanted her to fight back, but she knew they would be punished for her deeds, so she escaped in the night and has been on the run ever since. Her family is in hiding, and even Oskara doesn't know where they are, for their protection.
Motivation
Staying one step ahead of people who are after her. Keeping her family safe.
Obligations
Oskara has the "bounty" obligation. She became a bounty hunter to hide in plain sight, and has pretended to take her own bounty from time to time, just to distract her foes.
Description
She has a number of tattoos made to look like birthmarks or natural features that she uses to disguise herself. Now even her own family might not recognize her.
Other Notes
The closest she's ever come to capture was when her former partner, St'eve realized who she was. He didn't believe her when she tried to explain what happened, and he tried to bring her in. In the scuffle, Oskara accidentally killed St'eve, and she's lived with the guilt ever since.
