Background
Sold into Indentured Servitude to wealthy Imperial family, she served (begrudgingly) as a Domestic Servant on a nice, quiet Imperial plant. Now 16, she discovered her innate talent in stealing valuables and fencing them on the Black Market.
Confronted with the missing valuable items, the Lady of the House called her servants before her. Down-dressed each one, until, through her lies, her dear friend, h*ll, her only friend gets accused of the larceny and is sent to an Imperial Penal Colony.
With the heat off, the Balosar enjoys some quiet, but guilt each away at her. That friend was the first (and only) person who was ever kind to her. And she sold her "down river". Eventually, her nature gets the best of her and she is caught stealing this time.
A valuable servant, her Bond is sold, and, in transit, they are attacked by pirates. The Balosar does the only sensible thing, she hides. The pirates are repulsed, the ship puts into an Imperial space port for repairs, and the Balosar is given for dead (or captured).
Ester sneaks off the ship and is now, alone, broke, wracked with guild (Obligation), and hungry. Oh well, she shrugs. "Back to Square One."
Motivation
Starting Motivation-- To never be a f*cking servant again. To beg, borrow, and (mostly) steal her way to a comfortable life. If she makes any friends on the way, so much the better.
Force Sensitive-- The Light Side pushes her to make amends for her wronging of her friend. Rescue? Be a better person? The Dark Side pushes her to "forget that b*tch" and take what she can get before her short-life span catches up with her.
Obligations
Thief feels guilt over framing her one and only friend. Will seek to remedy this wrong. Rescue her? Save another?
Description
Gear and Appearance-- Good looking. Dammum. Even with those antennae, she turns heads! Taller and more slender than most of her species. Female. 16. Works hard to "pass for human."
