Currently a lower ranking member of the Imperial Science Department, mostly due to his non-human condition, Ostrovius previously spent two decades studying and working at a variety of university campuses located in various sectors of the galaxy, qualifications and experience listed below. Notably completing three simultaneous PhDs in different subjects. He has been assigned responsibility now for evaluating key imperial assets and tools in addition to providing support and recommending action that can increase the durability of equipment and personnel within the Imperial machine. His prior qualifications reflect his interest in learning in a variety of fields to provide him a complete picture to work with in addition to his respect of history to grant insight into more ancient ideas and lost technological secrets.

Improvement - Durability

Inferior equipment and staff are a constant issue in the large scale Imperial operation, so everything must be subjected to sufficient testing to ensure longevity of use and efficacy in the field.

Testing - 10

Doctor Ostrovius is 2 meters tall with a pale complexion and near translucent flesh. His face is long, bulbous and appears uncaring. When things work, he smiles, revealing a disturbing mess of teeth, jumbled in his mouth, out of place.

He wears a long white lab coat with many pockets, several items bulging within. A breath mask hangs around his neck and he is nearly always seen carrying a datapad a backpack overburdened with his essential tools. He appears calm and focused, mostly on his datapad, but also observant of his surroundings and ongoing experiments.
