Background
Arc trooper Alpha-77 Has a distinguished record of infiltration and sabotage of droid control centers.
Originally trained by Jango in combat forms, vigilance, and discipline, he was given specialized training by Pruudi Skirata in stealth and computers for droid factory/control center sabotage.
ARC A-77 has earned the designation "Spook" by his fellow troopers and superiors. It alternates as a simple name to a derogatory one as it references both A-77' ability to get things done quietly when necessary and the fact he has survived 3 so called "suicide runs" that claimed the lives of the rest of his squads each time.
With the advent of individual processors for even the basic battle droids, Spook has been reassigned from his droid control missions to a computers/Infil position in his current squad. Spook is reserved and not prone to rash action but is nigh unstoppable when he has decided on a course.
Many troopers, and superior officers, refer to Spooks squadmates as "Spooks ghosts" in private. A veiled reference to their shortened life expectancy. The betting pool for the longevity of this squad is the largest one in current circulation.
His last mission ended with a thermal detonator explosion. Despite grievous wounds, left arm obliterated and left side of face and eye severely damaged, Spook survived and managed to get the ship into hyperspace on autopilot before passing out. He has a cybernetic limb for his left arm and a cybernetic replacement eye with metal casing on the left side of his head.
(no in game benefits. just flavor but it does make me susceptible to ion damage)
