Motivation
Blood Money: All Recks knows how to do is fight, so he might as well make some money doing what he knows. Conflict is never in short supply.
Duties
Obligation - Favor - Recks owes someone a big favor. After a being fed some bad intel, Recks severely botched a job. Rather then getting in trouble, several high ranking members of his government were able to waive his troubles in exchange for future favor. He doesn't know when they will call, but he understands that when they do he has to pay it back.
