Background
Bargos the Hutt and Zhakkar first crossed paths many years ago. The Black Suns were holding a sabacc tournament, which Zhakkar was employed as a guard. Due to the nature of the event and those that would be in attendance, a large, menacing Wookie was a perfect deterrent for those wishing to cause trouble. Bargos, impressed by Zhakkar size and strength, staged a plot to make the Wookie his indentured soldier. After a long night of guarding the gambling, Zhakkar was ready to go home. One his way, 15 men foolishly jumped him. The first 8 didn't stand a chance but the sheer force of the others all but subdued him. Just as Zhakkar was about to be executed, Bargos showed up with his men, killing the remaining hoodlums. Feeling compelled by this good deed, Zhakkar swore a Life Debt to Bargos on the spot. After the sabacc tournament was over, Zhakkar grabbed what little he had and made his way back with Bargos.
After some years of guard duty, odd jobs and "enforcement" missions, Zhakkar would come to learn that the men who attacked him all those years ago, were hired by Bargos to set him up into believing he was going to die, only to be saved thus creating the life debt.
At this point, Zhakkar struggles with this Life Debt and questions if it is even valid. On one hand he was set up and tricked but on the other he knows Bargos could have had him killed right then and there thus saving his life in a weird way. He is truly torn between what to do but for now will continue to serve until he is forced to decide.
