REBELLION BACK STORY
Raised on (Rebellion world) he was indoctrinated early into the Rebellion. Due to his size and family position he was trained as a diplomat, but when the tide turned against the Rebellion he found himself more often as a military commander. His strength resides in his non-imposing physical state, smooth and calm words. But that also hides a strong spirit of truth and right. Of course he often finds himself unable to do the best in a situation, so ends up doing the best of the worst of the choices. Friend to many, insignificant to the powerful, and apparent push-over to his those how oppose what is right. 

His truthful cover is that his a representative of his noble (minor) Toydarian family, wearing the noble (nice but not overly rich looking) outfit, but due to the rough areas he frequents he uses the decorated and modded shield for protection as much as a seat..



EotE BACK STORY

Raised on Nar Shadaa in a noble family that were duty/slave bound to the Hutts during the Clone Wars. While born a slave his family had an unusually good relationship with the Hutts. Placed at a high level they were trusted with many important functions and did a majority of the high level negotiations with the various groups and corporations. Since their entire world was Hutt controlled there really was no strong reason to try and escape. However they did want a better life for their son.

Tobler, or 'Flap' as his non-Toydarian friends often call him was

a high price to get him out of bondage. However he soon found himself indentured to manual labor for a false verdict implicating him in “illegal deeds”. This delayed his recognition as force sensitive until a passing Rouge Jedi happened upon him, noticing his use of force powers to bring him up in the ranks of the prison until he was tasked with prisoner management. After doing his time he now has regained his position as a representative of his family, wearing the noble (nice but not overly rich looking) outfit, but due to the rough areas he frequents he uses the decorated and modded shield for his protection. Uses words to get out of a fight.


Summary:
-Does not know he is force sensitive.
-Denies the existence of the force

Has does not have any first hand knowledge or historical knowledge of the Force. He doesn't believe that the force is real, doesn't know what the force is and doesn't have any understanding that he is force sensitive. It just seems that he is usually naturally persuasive and charming well beyond what even a handsome young Toydarian should be.

The Force:
Simply, he has no idea that he is Force sensitive, has no interest in the Force or learning about it, and considers it a bunch of made up hooey. All of the manifestations he has seen he attributes to luck, insight, skill or coincidence. His extraordinary ability to read people, or understand someone's hidden emotional state or even thoughts, or the ability to be unnaturally persuasive are all explainable by natural means. "I am just that good," he declares.

34 y.o. Male. Short at 3’8” but tall for his race. Has a noble bearing for his species. Has no scalp hair, and is clean shaven. Eyes are clear and bright green. He wears an easy smile, complete with calm self confidence that tends to make others at ease.



Dressed as a noble, has a House Colors decorated shield on his back. Holds a noble bearing. Held by a sling
the shield is often used almost like a floating chair, and he seems to be sitting on it as he hovers, 
making him look like a floating turtle. Has a Sweet-spice aroma about him.


Has several small minimally valuable baubles he uses to entertain children, use as gifts.
