Background
The galaxy is filled with genetic marvels. From the wide variety of species that in habit it, to the cloning process that was fabricated over much scientific and political upheaval, there is always something happening, somewhere. The Arkanians were known for their dabbling in various genetic alterations with a variety of species, with little pause for morality least of all their own. While most genetic offshoots of the parent species were for labor and and other mundane tasks, some were as many would expect, designed for war. Vaughn would certainly meet the latter category, being raised to fight from before his waking moments this particular Arkanian Offshoot, along with a slew of others underwent various levels of training and psychological strains to come out of a prototype program to make what would ostensibly become a special operations task group. Never given the chance to become anything other than what was planned for them this large group of children were churned out of what was essentially a factory and from there it doesn't take much imagination to discern what kind of upbringing he was subjected to. The final product met expectations, however a competing branch of the same project was deemed more capable and the project was scrapped, the would-be soldiers deemed unfit for duty, but acceptable for labor were split among various mining facilities and distributed with very little time for transition. While this might not have been enjoyable, it was out of their control. Be it through consistent bad luck, some form of ire drawn from the living force, or any other number of possibilities that particular mine that held Vaughn within was raided, the then young adult Offshoot was quickly inducted into a marauding Empire, the Pale Redeemers.
Over the many years that followed he made his way through the ranks until he was finally appointed the title of Enforcer, a direct weapon utilized by the Dowutain that controlled the fate of many from atop his Throne. Vaughn was now what he was designed to be, a warrior. Even if he had wanted anything more, this was his life now. He remains a servant of his fate, never the master.
