Eelo Caer is a forty year old Bothan. Born into a relatively good life, Eelo was the oldest of a litter of 3 that never had much want except to satisfy his ambitions that he was raised on. Expectations were high with him being the oldest, but especially when his father became Minister-Counselor of Botha. Being set on exploring and acquiring more successful diplomatic missions to put on his belt, Eelo was hired as Attache for the FarStar in the missions that will be given there.

As with all Bothans, Eelo wants to elevate his social standing - gaining titles, commendations, and accolades. In the 'Far Star', Elo is currently fine with the role of an attache of the ship, but wants to be the official ambassador for the ship for all foreign encounters.

Eelo is also very attached to every one of his comrades. He would employ anything in his arsenal, whether it be his silver tongue or even down to his lack of skills in blasters, he would try his best not to lose anyone he was working with.

Responsibility: Eelo feels a strong sense of accountability to what happens with his comrades. This is stemmed from Eelo losing his closest friend, Darmok, in a mission many years ago when he first started his ambitions of becoming an ambassador. Eelo was training under Darmok between two pirate groups of Weequay regarding rights to a wreckage that was found in Crait system. A Quarren by the name of Xameelg was present as the other Weequay's representative. There was a decisive rift in talks when Xameelg accused Darmok of hiding the fact there was a huge stockpile of dust in the wreckage. In truth, there was, but neither Eelo nor Darmok knew of this until fights broke out that essentially killed both pirate groups, Darmok being left on the ship dead, and Eelo barely making out alive in an escape pod as the only survivor. In truth, Xameelg was looking to break out of the Hutt grasp for dust dealing. With this stock of dust at his disposal, he can establish himself as a resource for dust in the outer rim.

Bounty: It wasn't until a few years ago that Xameelg found out that Eelo survived these talks and only Eelo would be able to identify Xameelg as the new dealer in space. Xameelg assumed the pseudonym, "the Dark Tendril" with all his dealings to obfuscate his real person from the Hutts and other crime syndicates. With his true identity now in jeopardy, Xameelg has put a handsome sum of credits on Eelo's head.
