Oath:
The Republic:
The Republic may be long dead in terms of its meaningful influence on the galaxy, but the character is loyal to the ideals it once embodied. Seeing the Empire for the illegitimate usurpation that it is, the character wishes to restore the Republic to its former glory, or at least let it rest in peace until the Empire lies in ash and rightful rule of the galaxy is restored to its people in the form of a reborn Republic. This character's oath is a compulsion to struggle on, no matter the enemies arrayed against the cause.

Independence:
The character believes in relying on himself. He does not count on others to perform tasks for him; instead, he ensures he can handle any situation he encounters. He refuses to be a burden on others.
Anger:
Hot blood, however, can easily lead to hot tempers. The character is quick to anger, and what he cannot deal with face-to-face can often frustrate him to the point of rage.

Noshi grew up as the son of a Chiss exile living on a small backwater planet in the Outer Rim called Yanibar. His father ran a scrapyard and shop, which was where he learned how to create various weapons and armor. Noshi discovered he had a connection to the Force saving Ashur Sungazer, who was searching in the bottom of a tenuous scrap pile for Republic parts. Ashur Sungazer, a scholar who studies Republic trade routes and organizations, while secretly looking for proof the Jedi held the power the legends claim, taught Noshi about the Republic and legends of the Jedi. Eventually, Ashur requested Noshi travel with him and to find an item Ashur hoped was a lightsaber. Instead, they found an ancient sword and holodecks with Jedi training materials, which Ashur gave the sword and one holodeck, containing some very basic guidance on the Soresu lightsaber form, to Noshi for helping Ashur out. Soon, Ashur left without realizing a bounty hunter searched to bring him in front of ISB due to his research. The bounty hunter arrived on Yanibar and had a run-in with Noshi. When Noshi refused to give any information about the scholar (he didn't have much in the first place), the bounty hunter kidnapped his father and burned the shop to the ground. Noshi confronted the hunter, and they fought a long hard battle, which ended with the bounty hunter killing his father before Noshi was able to defeat the hunter. Now Noshi is traveling the stars, hunting for more knowledge and hoping to bring order and peace to the Galaxy.
