Edge Piarr was born in 26 BBY to a noble family of the Tonena clan located in the Encheeko continent, specifically in the Matza coastal region. The Piarr family had been around for as long as the Tonena clan has been in existence and remained largely aloof from outside influence and events. Prioritizing the traditional Rodian way of guerilla warfare, hunting, and theater, the Piarr family remained one of the best examples of classic Rodian culture in the Encheeko continent. 17 BBY

Growing up Edge had a hard childhood not dissimilar to most Rodian children. His father, Fras Piarr, was a hard and cold individual who only showed respect for strength and prowess. His mother, Galmii Piarr, is a highly respected actress in theater who settled into the life of a noble after meeting and falling in love with Fras. Edge has two siblings, Gand (M, 32) and Celsii (18, F). Gand is a renowned hunter and warrior who was recruited early on in Navik the Red's revolt against full Imperial control of Rodia. Celsii is following her mother's footsteps and has been moved to Iskaayuma to pursue formal theater training.

Edge was never interested in theater or hunting, although becoming a capable fighter and hunter as he was trained in Rodian arts of subversion, deception, and perception. However, he was never as powerful as Gand or capable in social situations as Celsii. He found he was adept at planetary and space piloting at a young age and found his passion was at excelling in these areas. As Rodian culture shifted and the Galactic Empire was gaining strength, Fras realized the importance of connections and instructed Edge to forge these relationships with crime syndicates. Fitting right in, Edge became well-versed in underworld knowledge and gained renown as an experienced pilot/smuggler. Often described as non-empathetic, cold, and calculating, Edge's personality is brusque as his relationship with his family is anything but family-oriented. Edge has a strong survival sense as knowledge of his lack of the hunting prowess compared to his brother Gand forced him to develop other skills.

Edge now goes by the name of Edge, often refusing to say his family name. He was of rodian royalty and was part of one of the last independent tribes in Rodian society. With connections to the underworld, knowledge of the darker side of the galaxy, and adeptness at space and planetary travel Edge became the family liaison to the criminal side of Rodia. With the cultural takeover of this tribe one of the stipulations by the galactic federation was to cut ties with all underworld dealings, instead only participating in sanctioned bounty hunting and smuggling. In true Rodian fashion, Edge's family chose to cut ties and prove loyalty by attempting to assassinate Edge in his sleep (5 BBY). Edge escaped at the last minute due to a tip from one of his connections and was given a ship to escape the planet. Forever hunted, Edge wanders the outer rim awaiting the day he can return to his home world and exact revenge on his family.

Edge has been working for Teemo approximately 2 years (1 BBY), recruited after further increasing his renown as a smuggler and pilot. After conducting multiple missions for Teemo and building his trust Edge was placed with a newer recruit named Goomba, a Gungan known for his skills in thievery and mechanics. Along with Jarrow, a lazy gunner who regretfully passed away due to his own vices, these three became a team who complemented each other well. After botching a job they find themselves now at the mercy of Teemo.

Revenge towards his family. Other than fighting to survive, Edge is constantly trying to obtain information pertinent to returning to Rodia and eliminating his enemies. He realizes that money talks, and takes up being a mercenary. he finds himself an adept pilot and useful to many underworld leaders.

Betrayal - Edge becomes agitated and loses focus when he sees something that can relate to his experience. However; he can gain focus and ferocity when exacting revenge for another individual.
