Background

Wookiee from Kashyyyk. Exiled after the Civil War. Interested in galactic liberation with a side of revenge against the Sith. Was a multispecies anthropologist before the war. Force-sensitivity related to forest ecosystems, so he's kind of a Lorax who speaks for the trees, but extra-large. Offended by the Empire's planet-killing weapons; interested in fucking that shit up.

Motivation

After the Empire conquered Kashyyyk, clear-cutting for lumber and strip-mining for minerals, Graest realized he had to take the fight to the Empire. Personally, he fights for the forests and oceans of Kashyyyk, but he sees the Empire as an ecological threat to the entire galaxy. As a Seeker/Pathfinder, he is interested in exploring strange new worlds, fomenting rebellion, and recruiting new allies.

His Force-sensitivity is keyed to the integrity of the environment he inhabits, though nothing feels like Kashyyyk.
