Beginnings:

-The Down and Out
Kal has scraped by job to job for too many years. He's "getting too old for this shit" but always needs just that elusive one more big job before he can finally settle down and lead a humble life. His wanderlust is likely to never let him lead a life on any one planet. Through his different jobs Kal has become a skilled pilot and is eager to hone his skills and gain more experience (and hopes for a better ship he could call home). But his contacts and criminal dealings have left him with numerous enemies just by association, leaving him with little options for a peaceful life.

-Opportunity Knocks
Kal is always pushing for that one more big score that will get him out of this stressful life of moving job to job and always having one eye over his shoulder.

Ambition: Wanderlust/Novelty -The character is driven to explore the galaxy and rarely stays in one place for long. He's motivated to uncover remote or unexplored regions and seeing everything that can be seen.

Ambiition: Expertise - The character wants to excel in his chosen profession and constantly practices to achieve perfection.

Criminal (10): Have pulled a number of jobs that were not on the up and up (equivalent to being the get-away driver). This has led to some members of crime syndicates having leverage on him.
