himself, but has nothing but disinterest for anyone else. If
they can’t help themselves, why should he aid them?

Other Notes

- Miraluka start the game with a Force Rating of 1 and the Sense power.
- Miraluka start the game with 1 rank in Knowledge (Lore) and 1 rank in Knowledge (Education). They still cannot train these skills past Rank 2.
- Miraluka cannot start the game with any ranks in Perception. They are allowed to put ranks in upon gaining experience, but no ranks can be placed into Perception during character creation.
