Scion of a Legacy
Found during a raid on homeworld of Ryloth as a child, the leader of that bounty hunter group noticed the latent force abilities in Sinya and saw a powerful weapon to groom and add to their collection. Sinya grew up to be their finest and most loyal killer, until the day a job to capture a target and their possessions went horribly wrong - someone in the group betrayed the mission and Sinya was captured by the target's guards. Left and assumed dead by her team, Sinya was surprised by the mercy of the target, who was not at all what she was told, and opened her eyes to the fact she may have been involved with bad people her whole life. Knowing that his time was short, the dying target let her go and gave the possession he'd been protecting - an artifact with strange and mysterious ties to the force. Sinya can never go home.
