I think I should keep this a secret for now.

My father was a smith in his youth. He was also a master in all forms of ranged combat. He taught me about hunting and survival, as well as how to fire a blaster. I became intermediate in all skills. He thought about surviving on my own.I looked up to him. I wish one day to be as good of a father to my children as he was to me. I’m glad I was able to tell him that.

My mother is extremely religious and thought all I know about religion and about chores, cooking and such. She taught me how to live an independent life, something I could never thank her enough for.

My grandfather was always hard on me. But he did love me. When my parents found me in the woods, he was extremely opposed to raising me. He taught me everything there was to know about the world and its inhabitants. His knowledge ended up being a few decades off. He tried to teach me about magic. But I was never able to grasp it. He told me he has only a few decades left of life.

I was raised away from society. I loved near ruins. I wasn’t allowed to go near as a child. They told me no humans lived on this planet. That it was just them three. They said that I probably came from the planet tatooine. A nearby planet where the planet's inhabitants fled to many centuries ago.

Whenever I tried asking about my parents' pasts, or my grandfathers, they’d always avoid the subject. One day a man came to our house. He mortally wounded my parents, me and my grandfather were able to kill him. The last words my parents told me. I will never forget them.

My grandfather told me very little about his, and my parents, past. I shouldn’t pester him. o, and guided me off to tatooine. He said he can’t leave. Not now. Not ever. I told I’ll be back. I’ll introduce him to all my friends, my wife, and my children.

His parents did make it to tatooine. But we’re killed in some accident. My character never finds out about this. Also, him finding his biological parents is a small motivation that’s like, well if I can I might as well.
