Background
Reif was an Imperial employee, dedicated to the Emperors vision of the Galaxy, of peace through strength of arms. His position had been in managing deals between the Empire and Corporations of the outer rim, acquiring supplies for the massive imperial war machine at as little cost as possible... Reif was good at his job.
Motivation
To see the might of the Empire reborn, to show that military domination is the only way to provide lasting peace to the galaxy... or at least their small corner of it. He is dedicated to gaining resources and utilising those resources in construction of the new empire
