Background
His father was an extreme scientist working for the empire interested in "perfecting" biological life. Albert grew up as part partner/part lab rat for his father who conducted illegal experiments under the guise of empire work. When they found out the empire executed his father and imprisoned albert until he was freed by the Ordinance syndicate. The syndicate gave him a lab and supplies on the condition that he acted as a doctor for their wounded. Albert agreed and once again began experimenting on the fringes of space.
