Description
Once per session, as an action, may spend 2 Destiny Points and make a Daunting Mechanics check. If successful, the character immediately uses available parts to build a device that functions as an item of choice with a rarity of 5 or lower. The item functions until the end of the encounter, then permanently ceases to function. Must be GM approved.
Upgrade Effect
Reduce Setback Rank 1 Remove 1 Setback from activation difficulty per rank.
Destiny Reduce the Destiny Point cost to 1.
Difficulty Reduce the difficulty of Inventive Creation to Hard.
Change Scale May create vehicles of silhouette 2 or smaller.
Increase Rarity Rank 3 Increase the rarity of the device the character can build by 1 per rank.

Description
The user may spend 1 Force point to make a target up to short range unable to perceive a chosen object or person of silhouette 1 or less. Until the beginning of the user's next turn, target cannot perceive the hidden object or person.
Upgrade Effect
