Talents

Name Rank Book & Page Description
Intimidating 2 May suffer a number of strains to downgrade difficulty of Coercion checks, or upgrade difficulty when targeted by Coercion checks by an equal number. Strain suffered this way cannot exceed ranks in Intimidating
Nobody's Fool 2 The difficulty of any Charm, Coercion or Deception checks attempted against the character is upgraded once for each rank of Nobody’s Fool.
Street Smarts 1 Remove a Setback Die (Black Die) per rank of Street Smarts from any Streetwise or Knowledge (Underworld) checks the character attempts.
Plausible Deniability 1 Remove a Setback Die (Black Die) per rank of Plausible Deniability from all Coercion and Deception checks the character attempts.
Dedication 1 Willpower to 6
Natural Enforcer 1 Once per game session, the character may reroll any one Coercion or Streetwise check.
Scathing Tirade 1 The character may take the Scathing Tirade action by making an Average Coercion check. For each Success, one enemy within Short range suffers one strain. The character can also spend Advantage, and for every Advantage spent, one target already affected suffers one additional strain.
Improved Scathing Tirade 1 Each enemy affected by Scathing Tirade suffers a setback die on all skill checks for a number of rounds equal to the character’s ranks in Coercion; this does not stack with itself.
Supreme Scathing Tirade 1 The character may voluntarily suffer one strain to perform Scathing Tirade as a maneuver instead of an action.
Incite Rebellion 1 Once per game session, the character can take an Incite Rebellion action to make a Hard Coercion check. If successful, a number of beings up to his rank in Coercion become unhappy and try to take action against an organization or authority with power over them until the end of the encounter. This could be due to something the character did or said, or just because the beings were already unhappy with their position.
Diplomatic Solution 1 Once per game session, when a combat encounter against one or more sentient creatures is about to begin, the character may spend 2 Destiny Points and make a Daunting Charm check to turn the encounter into a social encounter instead.
Change Skill 1 May make a Coercion check instead of a Charm check to activate Diplomatic Solution.
Reduce Setback 1 Remove a Setback die from skill check to activate Diplomatic Solution.
Reduce Difficulty 1 Reduce the difficulty of the skill check to activate Diplomatic Solution to Hard.
Destiny 1 Diplomatic Solution costs 1 Destiny Point instead of 2.

Background

Kezor likes to stay vague when he's asked his age. He will sometimes drop a reference that seems to imply that he was there when Tulgunta took control of Jarunta City. It might be true... What did he do before? How did he come to be an agent of the Hutts?

"Why did he come to be an agent of the Hutts?" is a much easier question to answer. Kezor likes to scare people into submission. He likes to have them do something they would not have done. He likes to make people angry and stupid. He has earned the respect of his masters through his work and handles the toughest customers. And if he cannot scare them, Jubnuk, his Gamorrean acolyte, will beat them up with pleasure.

What is Kezor looking for in life? Respect from his superiors for the work he does and the sweet taste of the fear of those that have angered the Great Hutt King.
