LP-1001, "The Lopin", was one of the last Clone Troopers to be created. Due to the speed and slapdash training he and his squadmates received, 560th Defense Battalion only saw to "Peacekeeping" operations after the fall of the Jedi Order. His specialty was engineering and demolitions. During a routine patrol on Naboo, his convoy was attacked by Rebels. An explosion knocked him from the craft and separated him from his arm. He later awoke inside a medical tent of unknown origin. He appreciated the medical attention and fell in and out of consciousness. Upon fully awaking, he was shocked to find himself restrained to the bed and a group of dirty looking human around him. They introduced themselves: Saw Gerrera's Partisans who were responsible for attacking his convoy. They explained that they they had recovered him, healed what they could and removed his Control Chip. They explained that the Empire had been controlling Naboo not through love and peace, but through Fear and Death. With his control chip removed, Lopin realized that everything he ever was conditioned to believe about the Emperor and the Republic had been a lie. Afterwards, Lopin worked with Gerrera's Partisans on Jedha trying to make up for his brother's misdeeds during the War. He was off planet on an assignment when the Death Star destroyed Jedha and Saw's Partisans. For the next two years, Lopin found refuge and solitude in a small jungle village on the planet of Onderon, Saw's Home. There, he found peace, until a Imperial Listening Outpost was built nearby. After a brief struggle with the locals, reinforced by a team of Rebel commandos, the Empire lost the outpost. Lopin used this opportunity to officially join the Rebellion. His arm prevented him from returning to the army, but to fly a ship, his claw hand would suffice.

Conflict (Squadron) - Lopin knows war. He knows he's only as good as his Cousins next to him. He's going to do what it takes to get everyone home, or at least as many as possible.

Tech Procurement - Lopin's loss of his arm and subsequent replacement with a claw arm has driven him to want to find any and all technology and make himself stronger. Now with the Rebellion and his "Squad of Cousins", he has expanded his desires to also include them. Whether it is a ship component, a new blaster or a new piece of gear for his arm, he wants it. Badly. For the Cause, of course.

Current Duty - 22

The Lopin looks like all the other clones. Slightly tanned, white hair due to their accelerated aging process, and somewhat muscular. His defining feature is his lost arm that has been replaced with a robotic claw hand. It isn't pretty, but it gets the job done. He has brown eyes, and holds hostility to anyone whom he deems a "light eye."

His personality is quirky, due to the failures of his late clone gene breeding. He speaks with a broken accent unlike that of his brothers, and uses some vocabulary that has no definition, to the annoyance of anyone who doesn't know him well.
