Background
BEGINNINGS - MIDDLE CLASS STRUGGLES: Atir was raised on Sullust and led a fairly average life, leading to a promising career in the Navigation Systems division at SoroSuub, where she held the high score on the simulator in the break room.
ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE FORCE - AN ANCIENT RELIGION: Atir doesn't really think much about the Force at all, but if it were to come up she would regard it as a curious relic of a time before she was born.
REASON FOR ADVENTURE - FLEEING THE EMPIRE: Atir's promising career at SoroSuub came to an abrupt end when her older brother Uurst, always something of a racounteur, made trouble for the wrong people and wound up getting the attention of Imperial authorities. With her family under investigation, Atir realized she would soon be faced with a choice between betraying her beloved brother, or guilt by association. She packed her things and fled to find the Rebellion.
When she was first contacted by a Rebel agent/recruiter, she had never actually even flown a ship before. However her aptitude test scores were high enough to land her on the starfigher training track.
With some training under her belt and a uniform on her back, she is still fresh and green, but she is ready to face the Empire. She hopes she can find her brother and searches for news of him every chance she gets, but for now, fighting for what he believed in is enough.
Motivation
Relationship - sibling: Atir's older brother Uurst was her best friend and her hero. When he disappeared and the Imps came knocking on her family's door asking about him, she knew it was time to give up her comfortable life.
