Background
Pragmatic Power
•You recognize your Force potential but do not readily acknowledge its spiritual associations. You see your powers and talents as tools you can
use to advance your life or accomplish your goals. This may help you to be more successful in a career of choice, enabling you to transform the world in a way that fits with their personal philosophies. Many deny the fundamental goodness or evil of the Force, insisting that consequences for success and failure are far more important than any spiritual elements.
FORM V LIGHTSABER COMBAT: SHIEN
Whereas other styles of lightsaber combat rely on precognition or agility, Shien relies on power tempered by cunning. Jedi who uses this form are often strong, but quick wits are the mark of a true master of this style. This is because Shien depends on striking an opponent where they least expect the blow. The blow can be powerful, but it must be unexpected. When dealing with ranged blaster fire, a Shien adept learns not to block incoming bolts, but to redirect them. In this way, an opponent's weapon becomes the tool of the Force practitioner. When under attack, the lightsaber
wielder effectively becomes even more deadly. Similarly, when engaged in a melee, Shien teaches to riposte and then batter through the opponent's defenses with violent blows.
Motivation
OBLIGATION
Obsession: The PC has some unhealthy obsession that tends to interfere in his life, whether with a celebrity, a region, a political movement, a cultural icon, or some other facet of society or life. He must pursue this, possibly to the detriment of his health, finances, or well-being. A character with this Obligation tends to get along well with others that share his interest, but is looked at with pity, amusement, or even a bit of fear from others who don't understand. ➡➡➡ Yea, I REALLY want the black lightsaber 👀
Freedom: The character desires the freedom to do what he wants. This could be a passion to overcome one or more of his current Obligations or to see others freed from the shackles of bondage and servitude in all its forms.
Droid Rights: The character believes that droids should be accepted as full members of galactic society, not merely tools
or servants.
Former Nemesis: The character formed a close bond with a former nemesis or rival. Although things are patched between
them, the two could still be extremely competitive. ➡➡➡ some ex Sith wanna be guy, we traded sabers, still in the process of purifying it so it'll be white(tho I'm in no rush cause red is cool, probably turn it white when I get the black one)
Morality
Pride: Pride can be a powerful emotion and can push a character to impressive feats of personal accomplishment. He strives to be the best and to take pleasure in his skills.
Arrogance: Pride, among all emotions, is perhaps the easiest to fall to a darker form. Arrogance mirrors pride, but satisfaction in one's accomplishments is replaced with contempt for others' failings. It is not enough to succeed; the character also expects all others to fail
