Heal/Harm
Description
HEAL (LIGHT SIDE FORCE USER ONLY)
The basic power for Heal lets a character mend wounds with a simple touch. Heal can only be used by light side Force-sensitive characters. The basic power has one way to spend Force points:
The user may spend a Force point (◑) to heal a number of wounds equal to [their] Intellect on one engaged living creature (including themself). This counts as a use of a stimpack on the affected target. This means a single target may only benefit from five uses of Heal over a twenty-four-hour period and [their] uses of Heal also count against the limit on uses of stimpacks (and vice versa). The user may not activate this multiple times.
HARM
The basic power for Harm lets a character drain the very life from a target with a touch. The basic power has one way to spend Force points:
The user may spend a Force point (◑) to inflict a number of wounds (ignoring soak) equal to the Force user's Intellect on one engaged living creature. The user gains 1 Conflict. The user may not activate this multiple times.

Background
Born on Dantooine to a mother who left the Jedi order at the start of the Clone Wars because she disagreed with the Order's involvement in the war and felt they should've maintained neutrality as peacekeepers, and she believed that it was a sign that the Order no longer followed the will of the force. His father was a Mandalorian who had given up the armor but they met when he saved her from a group of imperial loyalists who discovered his mother's ties to the Jedi. Kevin had a very isolated childhood on Dantooine, his parents both in hiding as simple farmers, he had few friends on the sparsely-populated planet. His mother taught him of the force from a young age, teaching him the philosophy of the jedi as she chose to follow it, and also teaching him what she could of form 6 lightsaber combat (Niman). His father taught him more combat skills to help him survive should they ever be discovered by the empire, including teaching him to use a blaster but also helping him refine his lightsaber techniques beyond what his mother could teach him to make something more practical in an actual fight.
sometime in 2 BBY, some imperial agents investigating rumors of rebel activity on Dantooine stumbled across his mother's true identity instead. within hours, stormtroopers descended on the farm and while Kevin managed to escape with his parents help, thanks mostly to his mother sensing the incoming darkness in time, he fled and hid in an old Kinrath cave, long since cleared out by his family to protect their farm. when he emerged hours later, his farm was razed to the ground, only a thick black smear left on the landscape. He never saw his parents' bodies, and he didn't try to go back for them, knowing they wouldn't have wanted him to get captured or killed just to try and give them a funeral.
For the next couple years, he stayed on the move. He kept his head down, but helped people when he could, which wasn't often. he managed to avoid the criminal syndicates and the empire well enough, moving from starport to starport by booking passage on any ship that would take him. he earned money mostly by begging, but occasionally he found work. low-level bounty jobs, or sometimes he'd work as an off-the-books doctor. it never paid well, but thanks to his training he didn't need much.
