Motivation

Force connection- for many consulars the force is like water flowing between life that creates it and the consular connecting them. for most the flow of energy is a mere trickle but with ever in time it can flow like a powerful river. pc's with the force connection growth seek new means to expand their connection to the force certain that if their connection grows the means to bring peace to the galaxy becomes clear.
The Jedi Order- many consulars believe that the only way to restore peace and harmony to the galaxy is to rebuild the jedi order. this means not only locating and training other force sensitives but convincing others to do the same it can also mean helping those fallen to the dark side become jedi once again consulars with this motivation may wish to spread ideals of the jedi order even to those who cannot touch the force.

Morality

Strength-
Discipline, self mastery is key emotions and desires must be controlled preventing rash and reckless acts that may inadvertently hurt those trying to help.
Ambition, the character is undaunted in their endeavors always seeking to bring peace to the galaxy some characters realize that their goals are impossible they do not cease their efforts
Weakness-
Intolerance, you have little respect for those who are indulgent or complain about the difficulties that they face
Impatience, in their zeal these characters often do not recognize that their efforts may take years or decades to come to fruition when results are not forthcoming they can become bitter or disillusioned with their own ideals.
